Agentic AI

Agentic AI that does a concrete job — and can be checked afterwards.

Observability

Insight into what the agents did, why, and what it cost.

Multi-agent collaboration

Several agents on one job, with clear roles and ownership.

Dynamic routing

Each task goes to the right model, agent or person — every time.

Tooling and API

A governed way for agents to act on real systems.

Memory and state

Context that follows the task along, without leaking sideways.

Human in the loop

The decision stays with a person where it should.

Verification and guardrails

Typed questions with boolean answers: done correctly, and within limits?

Hybrid orchestration

Copilot for everyday work, LangChain-style agents where the task needs it.

From task to agent

We start with the task, not the technology: which tasks deserve an agent, and which do not? That answer is written down before anything is built, and it is as often no as yes.

An agent is a system that acts. So the first job is to bound what it may do, what it may not do, and who answers when it gets something wrong.

In production, not in a demo

The first agent is built as a service, not as an experiment: with ownership, logging, cost control and limits. Afterwards we measure whether it does the job — and what it costs per task.

We use what exists: Copilot where it fits the working day, and agent frameworks where the task needs its own tools, its own memory and its own controls.

Control that holds

Verification is part of the system, not a round afterwards. Each step can be asked a typed question with a boolean answer, and that answer stays in the log next to what the agent actually did.

Routing sends each task to the right model, agent or person. The decision stays with a person where it should, and cost stays inside limits you have set.

02 — How an agent project starts

Four steps, one at a time

  • 01

    Mapping and priorities

We find the tasks where an agent makes a measurable difference, and drop the rest.

  • 02

    The first agent in production

One task, real data, real interfaces — in use, not in a sandbox.

  • 03

    Control and framework

Logging, verification, cost limits, and a written answer to who owns what.

  • 04

You build the next one yourselves. We show you how before we leave.
