Built for one workflow
We build systems where the workflow is peculiar enough that an off-the-shelf product becomes the wrong answer. That is rarely the whole organisation; it is almost always one process, one team or one task that matters most.
We start with the smallest part that produces a measurable change, and extend only once someone has seen the result in use.
Standard first
If a finished product solves the task well enough, we say so and recommend it. Building something of your own is a choice with a price, and that price should be clear before you take it.
The code has to be readable by someone other than us. Documentation, tests and runbooks are therefore part of the delivery, not something that arrives afterwards.
Open interfaces and accessibility
The apps we build talk to your systems of record over open interfaces, and the data stays yours.
WCAG 2.2 accessibility is part of the delivery: tested with keyboard and screen reader, and against the requirements that apply to your service.
